Contact==View all the archives you own or have permission to work with in a project
==
Click "Archives” to see the Project Archive View in which you can see all of the archives within an open project, or click the plus icon (next to "Archives") for the “Expanded Archive View” of all the archives in that project.

If you expand a project's archive list by clicking the plus icon, you will have several options to choose from for each archive in the project. For example, you can delete, merge, or duplicate archives, as well as create new buckets, put an archive in an existing bucket, or create a dataset from an archive.
Merging archives
You have the option to merge archives by clicking the merge icon, depending on your permission level granted by the owner of the archive. When merging an archive you will be prompted to indicate another archive to merge your chosen archive with and given several options about the conditions of the merge, such as whether or not the original archive files will be deleted or whether you would like a new archive file to be created with the results of the merge. If you specify that you would like a new archive to be created from the merge, you will be prompted to choose a new for this new archive set. Once this is done, the results of the merge will appear back on the “View Archives” screen as a separate archive file containing all the files from both archives you merged. If you specify that you do not want a new archive created, the results of the merge are entered into the archive file that you choose to merge with. So if you choose to merge “archive 1” with “archive 2”, the results will appear under “archive 2.” Choosing to delete the archive during the merge will erase your original archive. In the above example, if you chose to delete the archive in the merge, “archive 1” would be erased after being added to “archive 2.”
Managing permissions
You have the option to manage permissions by clicking the manage permissions icon for any archives that you own.
By managing the permissions associated with an archive, you can give any of your peers (from your peer list,) the ability to view, merge, modify and even delete archives and specific buckets within the archive. You can only manage the permissions for an archive that has you listed as the owner, which you can see on the original “View Archives” screen. It is also important to note that for peers to be able to code a dataset, they do not need to be assigned particular permission to access the archives, only assigned to code the dataset from the “View datasets” screen.
