ContactStandard Coding Style¶
There are currently three major coding approaches in PCAT. Use the “Standard Coding” option when you are creating datasets where you want more than one person to code the same data. With this coding style, every assigned peer will see the same data and you can use the “Analysis” and “vaildation” features in PCAT to measure inter-rater reliability and validity by code, coder and dataset. We also support the ability to
assign users to a range of items as well as a
code next uncoded item feature.
