PCAT Wiki ToDo List |
ContactPCAT users can browse the items in an archive one at a time.
On the Dataset drop down menu, click on “View Agency Archives”. Then, click on the name of the archive you wish to browse. A browsing list with snippet previews will appear in the bottom right frame of the screen. You can browse the previews page-by-page or click in to view a comment and browse forward and back in the reader mode. You can also browse just the items in a particular bucket by clicking on the bucket name. Finally, you may wish to adjust the number of items shown or the length of the preview.
The "Reader" Mode
In the reader mode, you can use the left and right arrow keys to navigate forward and back through the document set without having to return to the browse list. In the examples below, PCAT automatically highlights the original text appended to a mass email campaign in blue, deletions in pink, and edits to the original text in yellow.
